The soccer team got their first regular season victory against a strong St. Paul's team last night with a score of 2-0. Jason Dormady scored the clinching goal in the second half. The victory was preserved by David Winchell in goal with 10 saves. Great job Bears....

2004 Alumni Taste Fair

The Fifth Annual Catholic High School Taste Fair was held on Sunday, November 14, 2004, in the Catholic High School Gymnasium. Restaurants, caterers and distributors in and around the Baton Rouge area showcased samples of their finest food at this event which drew over 700 guests. The soccer team got its season off to a successful start this weekend. The varsity team tied St. Louis High School, the defending Division 3 state champions, by a score of 1-1. In their second game they beat Sulphur High School 5-1. Scoring for the Bears were Kirk Pfefferle, Brian Bordelon, Jason Dormady and Patrick Tiek. Jr. High Cross Country Team Win Team Title

Congratulations to the junior high cross country team for their total dominance of the competition in the Metro championships. Led by Andrew Ellender, Michael Rhorer, Knox Kelly, Jace Guerin and Louis Kearny, the Bears literally ran away with the team title and established themselves as perhaps the # 1 junior high school team in the state.
