March 25 | A Message From Jamie Segar ’90, Director of Advancement
CHS has moved to Teacher Supported Online Learning (TSOL) for our students until Tuesday, April 14. During this time, we have also instituted an initial remote work period for faculty and staff, based on public health recommendations and best practices by Governor John Bel Edwards.
The CHS Office of Advancement remains diligent in our efforts; working together with confidence in our commitment toward the mission of providing opportunities for our students to reach their full potential.
Because of the generosity and blessings from so many of our parents, alumni, grandparents, former parents and friends, we were able to swiftly transition to the online delivery of education for our students. Additional technology resources have been implemented to aid our faculty in creating virtual classrooms that enable our students to interact with teachers and peers. Your contributions allow us to remain committed to excellence in a quality Catholic educational experience that we strive to provide every day.
In the days ahead, we are here to serve you, our CHS family, and answer any questions you may have regarding your philanthropic support to Catholic High School. Important updates and resources regarding advancement and alumni events will be posted on our COVID-19 resource page on our website. Please contact us directly at 225.239.7032, email@example.com or visit www.catholichigh.org for more information.
Rest assured that together we will get through this challenging time, as we have done so in the past. On behalf of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart, our administration, faculty and staff, we are grateful for your commitment that inspires us all.
Ametur Cor Jesu, Loved be the heart of Jesus.
