CHS Qualifies 19 Students For State Literary Rally

Catholic High School competed against 84 schools and more than 3,500 students in 48 different events at the District Literary Rally hosted by Southeastern Louisiana University. Based on their performance, 19 CHS students qualified to compete at the state rally in April. In 10 events, CHS placed first and second, including a clean sweep of English I, II, III and IV. Nine of the CHS qualifiers also received a $100 scholarship to Southeastern for their performance.
