íÍColin Bone is the greatest swimmer in the history of Catholic High School and deserves to be swimmer of the year again. He’s a dedicated student athlete who works extremely hard. He supports his teammates, always does whatever we ask him to do in the pool, and is a great role model for the rest of the team. He is truly deserving and an amazing competitor,íñ said Logsdon.

Earlier this year, CHS Swimming coach Doug Logsdon was nominated as a 2014 National Coach of the Year by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Coaches Association in the sport of swimming. íÍTo be coach of the year is really an award that I would like to share with Coach Jimmy Roberts and Nancy and Peggy Patout. So many people do so much for CHS swimming besides me, they really deserve to be recognized along with me because they do so much for the program,íñ said Logsdoníñ

íÍCongratulations to both Coach Logsdon and Colin. I hope you know how proud I am of you and how much I appreciate the incredible amount of time, work and dedication that you give to Catholic High,íñ said CHS Principal Lisa Harvey.
