Alumni Association Hosts 14th Annual Taste Fair

The 14th Annual Catholic High School Taste Fair, hosted by the Alumni Association and its board of directors, was held on Sunday, November 17, 2013, in the CHS gymnasium.

More than 550 alumni, guests and friends of Catholic High School gathered to experience a wonderful evening of food, friends and fellowship provided by 34 of the finest restaurants, caterers and beverage distributors in and around the Baton Rouge area. Proceeds from the event benefit alumni activities and the Alumni Association Scholarship.

The chairman of this yearí´s event is Monty Buckles í´93, joined by Taste Fair committee members, Kyle Smith í´95, Bryan Hart í´98 and Tim Welborn í´92.

The Alumni Association would like to recognize and thank the following businesses for their donations of door prizes: Bistro Byronz, Community Coffee, Don Juan Cigar Company, Fresh Market, Hi Nabor Supermarket, La Famiglia Corona Importers, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Paris Parker Salons & Spas and Whole Foods Market. The CHS Alumni Association gave three cash prizes totaling $500. Tables and linens were donated by Brad Zito í´90 of Drusilla Seafood Restaurant.
