Alumni Sporting Clay Shoot set for September 29

CHS alumni, parents, students and friends are invited to participate in some friendly competition at the 9th Annual Alumni Sporting Clay Shoot event on Saturday, September 29th at Hunters Run Gun Club located in Port Allen, LA.

There will be a 50-target walking course open from 9 a.m. until noon.  Pre-registration is preferred; however, on-site registration will be available from 8:30 a.m. until 9 a.m.

Awards and prizes will be given to the top three teams as well as individual awards for Top Gun and Most Potential. Only four-man teams are eligible for team awards.
Ten dollar raffle tickets are now on sale for a newly released Ruger Red Label 12-Gauge Shotgun and a Ruger Camo 10/22 Rifle. Drawings will take place at the event, and you do not have to be present to win. New additions to the shoot this year will be a íÍHurry Flurryíñ two-man team competition and a Poker Run for a cash prize! You may sign-up for either event at the Clay Shoot.
Profits from this event will be donated to the CHS Alumni Association Scholarship program.

Œ« $200 for pre-registered 4-man teams
Œ« $240 for teams registering the day of the event
Œ« $50 for per-registered single shooters
Œ« $60 for single shooters who register the day of the event
Œ« $40 for current students (high school and below)

Twelve and twentyí gauge shells will be provided as well as non-alcoholic drinks and a delicious lunch by Serranoí´s Salsa Company.
