Brother Eldon 5k Race Set for Feb. 27

The 17th annual Brother Eldon 5K Run and One-Mile Run/Walk/Jog will be held on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016, at Catholic High School. For the first time, the One-Mile and the 5K participants will finish on the new Pete Boudreaux Track.

Register now to be guaranteed a long-sleeved, moisture wicking T-shirt on race day. Entry fees are $25 for adults, $20 for students in grades 1-12 and $15 for current CHS students. Packet Pick-Up Day for pre-registered runners will be held at CHS on Friday, Feb. 26 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the circle drive on Claycut. Click here to register.

Walk-up registration on Saturday, Feb. 27 begins at 7:30 a.m. followed by the One-Mile event at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K race at 9 a.m. There will be an after party in the CHS courtyard with live music and a variety of food and beverages provided by local vendors.

Proceeds from this event go toward the Brother Eldon Scholarship Fund, providing tuition assistance for CHS students with financial needs.
