Catholic High School Taste Fair Draws Over 500 Attendees

The Eleventh Annual Catholic High School Taste Fair was held on Sunday, November 14, 2010, in the Catholic High School Gymnasium.  

Thirty-three restaurants, caterers and beverage distributors in and around the Baton Rouge area came to showcase samples of their finest food.  Over 500 people attended the event.
Participating in this yearí´s Taste Fair were Acme Oyster House, Ambrosia Bakery, Baton Rouge Beer Agency, Baton Rouge Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Bistro Byronz, BJí´s Restaurant and Brewhouse, Caf_ Americain Restaurant & Catering, Carrabbaí´s Italian Grill, Chef Don Bergeron Enterprises, Chocolate Fountains and More, Community Coffee Company, LLC, Copelandí´s Cheesecake Bistro, DiGiulio Brothers Italian Caf_, Doeí´s East Place, Drusilla Seafood Restaurant and Catering, The Edible Event, Kleinpeter Farms Dairy, LLC, Louisiana Lagniappe, Mansurs on the Boulevard, Marcelloí´s Wine Market, Mary Miller Catering, Mestizo Restaurant, Monjunií´s, Parrainí´s Seafood Restaurant, Paul Bologna Fine Wines, Paul Wongí´s Chinese and Sushi, Philayí´s Catfish & More, Robertoí´s River Road Restaurant, Ruffinoí´s Italian Restaurant, Seropí´s Caf_, The Grape, Tropical Smoothie Caf_ and WalkOní´s Bistreaux and Bar.

Proceeds from the event will benefit alumni activities on campus as well as to help fund the Alumni Association Scholarship.

The chairman of this yearí´s event is Randy Guillaume í´97 joined by co-chair Pat Brantley í´97.  Members of the Alumni Board of Directors assisted with the event along with Glen Randow, director of Alumni Relations and Barbara Camp, alumni events coordinator.
