CHS and SJA Spanish Clubs Prepare Spanish Dishes
The Catholic High School and St. JosephÕs Academy Spanish Clubs joined together on Tuesday, Nov. 8, to learn how to cook traditional Spanish dishes. The CHS students traveled to the SJA home economics classroom and learned how to prepare paella, gazpacho, tortilla de patata and crema de limn.
It was a fun and creative learning experience that many of the members will take back home to their own kitchens. After cooking, the club members ate dinner together to celebrate their culinary success.
