CHS and Warren Capone ’70 Receives NFL Commemorative Golden Football

Are you ready for some football? How about a golden football?
 
Catholic High School was recognized as a member of the Super Bowl High School Honor Roll. In celebration of its 50th Super Bowl, the National Football League is honoring those players and coaches of the past 49 Super Bowls, and their high schools and communities that have positively impacted the game of football. Nearly 3,000 players and head coaches, and more than 2,000 high schools have been recognized this season.

As a member of this special group, Catholic High School received a commemorative Golden Football in honor of CHS graduate and Grizzly Great Athletic Hall of Fame member, Warren Capone í´70, who played in Super Bowl X for the Dallas Cowboys.
