CHS Band Hosts Band Night

The CHS Marching Band hosted Band Night on Friday, Oct. 10 at the CHS versus St. Amant football game. The night is for prospective students interested in playing in the band at the high school level.

The more than 60 participating students in grades six, seven and eight had the opportunity to play with the CHS Marching Band during the football game.  Participants were able to get a sense of what it means to be a part of a high school band.  It also allows the student to experience the spirit of Catholic High and its traditions.

“Band Night is a great way for middle school band students and their families to experience the Catholic High Community in action.  The excitement of playing in the stands and cheering on the football team to a win cannot be replicated at any other event,” said CHS Admissions Director Sherie LeBlanc.
