CHS Hosts Over 50 Eighth Graders for Orange and Black Night

Catholic High School hosted over 50 eighth grade boys, and their families, at Orange and Black Night held on Friday, October 1 at the CHS vs. Central football game at Memorial Stadium.  Students attending this íÍtailgateíñ enjoyed free jambalaya, prepared by Pete Hymel and served by the CHS Alumni Association.  They also had the opportunity to experience the unique spirit of Catholic High School, while meeting faculty, staff, alumni and current CHS students. Attendees were entertained by a CHS student rock band, Love Handle; played challenge games with members of the CHS Student Council; and were treated to a special performance by the CHS/SJA Band and Bruinettes before entering the stadium.
