CHS Recognized Athletes at Fall Sports Convocation

Catholic High School recognized athletes at its Fall Sports Convocation on November 30 in the Catholic High Gymnasium. Students were recognized for their special talents and skills in Cross Country, Swimming and Football.

Awards given to Cross Country team members were Matthew Yetman, coach’s award; and Mark Primeaux, outstanding runner.

Swimming awards went to Crosby Jurkiewicz, most improved; Chris Buchart, coach’s award; and Todd Burford, most valuable swimmer.

Football players receiving awards were Julius Fleming, team captain; Michael Coulon, team captain; Byron Washington, most improved player; Jacob Dugas, special team award; Jeff Fabre, coach’s award; and Alex Baronich, the ‘Golden Grizzly’ Award.
