CHS Students Travel To Spain
During the Easter break, 18 members of the CHS community traveled abroad for an exciting exploration of the history and culture of Spain.
Beginning in the capital city of Madrid, the group traveled south to Toledo, Granada and Seville, visiting iconic monuments left by the Christian and Moorish monarchs of the medieval period. The students and faculty ate tapas, saw a flamenco dance performance and visited the windmills of Don Quixote. The trip ended with a relaxing day on the Mediterranean coast.
The trip was revealing, informative and has instilled in everyone the desire to become an increasingly connected global citizen.
