Faculty and Staff Reach Out To Community

The faculty and staff of Catholic High School served their communities as they participated in a Day of Experience, Friday, September 1, 2006. Over one hundred employees worked at 11 different locations in and around Baton Rouge including St. Vincent de Paul’s thrift stores, women’s shelter, warehouse and uniforms for kids; Catholic Community Services, Louisiana School for Visually Impaired, Safe House for Battered Women and their Children, United Hope Ministry and the Fellowship Center in Gonzales. Teams also traveled to tour the prison facilities in Angola and worked in New Orleans gutting houses with Operation Helping Hands.
