Fall Blood Drive Collects 220 Units of Blood

Catholic Highí´s fall blood drive held Thursday, August 19, was a huge success.  A grand total of 220 units of blood and blood by-products were collected.  Of the 192 people who participated in this event, 72 of them were 16 year old students.

The donated blood is used for members of the CHS family who have medical situations which require blood transfusions.  Our blood drives are tangible ways through which the CHS family can contribute back to the blood supply for anyone who needs it.
