Francis “Dusty” Jumonville ’73 to be Inducted into Hall of Fame

Mr. Francis íÍDustyíñ C. Jumonville Jr. will be inducted into the Catholic High School Hall of Fame December 6, 2012 at the 28th Annual Hall of Fame Induction and Founders Banquet at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center.

Jumonville is a 1973 Catholic High School graduate.  He earned his B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University and has been co-owner and CFO at Airtrol, Inc. for 29 years.

Dusty has impacted not only the Catholic High community but the Baton Rouge community as well. He has served on the Board of Directors for organizations such as Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baton Rouge for 10 years, E.J. and Marjory Ourso Foundation and Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge.

In addition to his service on the Board of Directors and Foundation Board of Directors at Catholic High School, Dusty was a member of the Alumni Association Board, Finance Committee, Development Committee and PAGE volunteer.  In 2003, he was recognized as Catholic Highí´s Distinguished Graduate for Catholic Schools Week.  His commitment and generosity to Catholic High have been a priority since his graduation.

Dusty and his wife Robin have two children: Ben Jumonville, CHS Class of 2008; and Todd Jumonville, CHS Class of 2010.

The Catholic High School Hall of Fame honors those men and women whose commitment and dedication to Catholic High School have been exemplary, and whose lives can be an inspiration to the students of CHS.
