Golf Classic Draws Over 180 Participants
Over 180 golfers attended the 21st Annual Catholic High Alumni Golf Classic at Carter Plantation. Golfers were treated to a continental breakfast by Carter Plantation, lunch by Carrabbaí´s Italian Grill and a fried fish dinner prepared by Pete Hymel. Poboys on the course were provided by Manda Fine Meats. To overcome the warm conditions golfers were treated to cold beverages provided by Zippyí´s, Crescent Crown Distributing, Firefly Distillery and Baton Rouge Coca Cola. Each golfer received a coupon for $50 worth of products and enjoyed shopping at the Nike Store located at the club house.
The 2010 Alumni Golf Classic committee was co-chaired by Rory Hebert í´97 and Jake Berret í´84. Committee members were Camp Matens í´60, Terry Orillion í´77, Steve Maher í´94, Dale LeBlanc í´95, John Nikolaus í´98, Director of Alumni Relations Glen Randow and Alumni Event Coordinator Barbara Camp.
