Michael Murray ’02 Named Player of the Year

Michael Murray ’02 was named the American Baseball Coaches Association Player of the Year. Murray plays shortstop for Meridian Community College in Mississippi.
During the 2005 season, Murray hit .519 with 23 doubles, eight home runs and 61 runs batted in. He had a slugging percentage of .810 and stole 13 bases in 15 attempts.
