Nearly 30 Restaurants To Participate in Annual Taste Fair
The Ninth Annual Catholic High School Taste Fair will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2008, in the Catholic High School Gymnasium. Restaurants, caterers and distributors in and around the Baton Rouge area have been invited to come and showcase samples of their finest food at this event. Last year, CHS welcomed over 900 guests to the Taste Fair.
Participating in this year’s Taste Fair as of November 3 are: Acme Oyster House, Ambrosia Bakery, Baton Rouge Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Baton Rouge Beer Agency/Miller Lite, Bennigan’s Grill and Tavern, Bistro Byronz, Caf_ Americain Restaurant and Catering, Calandro’s Supermarket, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Community Coffee Company, LLC, DiGiulio Brothers, Doe’s Eat Place, Drusilla Seafood Restaurant and Drusilla Place Catering, Galatoire’s Bistro, Heads & Tails, Juban’s Restaurant/The Silver Spoon, Kleinpeter Farms Dairy, LLC, Louisiana Lagniappe, Mansurs on the Boulevard, On the Half Shell, Parrain’s Seafood Restaurant, Paul Wong’s Chinese and Sushi, Roberto’s, Serop’s Caf_, The Wine Loft, The Grape, Varnadoe’s at The Bluffs and WalkOn’s Bistreaux and Bar.
Drawings for door prizes consisting of cash and gift baskets will take place during the event. Gift baskets will be provided by Chocollage, Fresh Market, Hi-Nabor Supermarkets and Whole Foods. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing.
Proceeds from the event will benefit alumni activities on campus as well as to help fund the Alumni Association Scholarship.

This is an adult event and the attire is dressy casual.
