Orange Wave Takes Second at the CHS Cross Country Invitational
The Orange Wave finished second at the Catholic High Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, October 10, with a team score of 101.
Senior Jeffrey Kelley lead the bears to the runner-up finish by winning the individual title with a time of 15 minutes, 2.66 seconds on a three-mile course. Click here to read more about Kelleyí´s performance. Also finishing among the top individuals was David Toups with a time of 15 minutes, 26.69 seconds.
The junior high Bears also came in second in the Catholic High Cross Country Invitational in the junior high division with a team score of 78. Click here to see the full results from the Invitational.
Next, the Orange Wave will participate in the Cross Country Interschool Meet on Monday, November 2. Races begin at 2 p.m. at the Highland Road Park.
