Pete Boudreaux ’59 Fourth CHS Alumnus To Be Inducted in Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame

The Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame will induct eight new members this Saturday night. Among those eight, is Catholic Highí´s Pete Boudreaux í´59.  The ceremony will take place Saturday, June 21, at the Natchitoches Events Center.

Boudreaux will join the ranks of three other CHS Alumni in the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame: Mel Didier Sr. í´44; Gayle Hatch í´57; and Warrick Dunn í´93.

Boudreaux was inducted into the Louisiana High School Sports Hall of Fame in 2000, has received state coach of the year honors 14 times and regional honors four times, and In 2010, was voted the national high school coach of the year for boys track by USA Track & Field. After Saturday nightí´s induction ceremony, Coach Boudreaux can add the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame to his list.
