Senior Trevor Landry Earns Eagle Scout Rank

CHS Senior Trevor Landry has earned his Eagle Scout rank through Boy Scouts of America, Troop 23 in Plaquemine, under the leadership of Doug Rogerson.  Eagle is the highest rank given by the Boy Scouts of America, and it denotes service, character and leadership.

For his Eagle Scout Project, Landry erected a prayer/meditation garden on the grounds of St. Paul Catholic Church in Bayou Goula, LA.  He planted three Muskogeen crape myrtles in a semi-circular pattern, placed a four foot statue at St. Paul in the center and finished with two park benches for seating.
