13 Feb 2019

Ten Catholic High School seniors have been named National Merit Scholarship Finalists for 2019.

Grant Alumbaugh, Eli Barbin, Everett Bonner, Allen Duggar, Jack Fuselier, Reece Lantz, Jacob Limbocker, Carson Mack, Joseph Warren Mengis and Nicholas Robert were selected from a nationwide pool of 16,000 Semifinalists, representing less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors.

As National Merit Scholarship Finalists, these talented young men have the opportunity to compete for some 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $32 million to be awarded later this spring. Merit Scholar designees are selected on the basis of their skills, accomplishments and potential for success in rigorous college studies.
