As a result of this past week’s 30-point lead over Parkview, the CHS Football Team made the biggest jump in this week’s Class 5A Louisiana Sports Writers Association’s rankings. The Bears moved up four spots to No. 6 while Parkview dropped to No. 9.

This week, the Bears travel to Mandeville (0-1). The Skippers were defeated last week by John Curtis 14-0.
