The CHS swim team moved to 2-0 on the season in dominating fashion winning the 9th annual Gulf Coast Classic

The CHS swim team moved to 2-0 on the season in dominating fashion winning the 9th annual Gulf Coast Classic swim meet in Mobile, Alabama over the past weekend. CHS is undefeated in 8 trips to Mobile for the swim meet since 2011. Full results have been attached.

The team will be back in action in Baton Rouge this Saturday October 5 at a Capital City Swim League regular season meet.

The 8th grade swim team competed in their 2nd meet of the Middle School Swim League schedule on Friday September 27 at Crawfish Aquatics. Final results have been attached. Middle School meets are not scored for some strange reason.

  • 50 Freestyle: 2nd place Allen Pierson, 7th place Beau Gautreau
  • 50 Backstroke: 1st place Harrison Martin, 6th place Mason Prochaska

The baby Bears will be back in action at the 3rd Middle School Swim League meet at 12pm this Saturday October 5.
