The grapplers will travel to Houston, Texas, to participate in the Cypress Ridge High School Tournament on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 20 and 21. Coach Tommy Prochaska had this to say concerning the out of town tourney: “This weekend will provide our program with some outstanding competition along with the opportunity to travel and compete against unknown opponents. I look forward to see how our veteran and rookie wrestlers bond as we get into the thick of the season. There will be 37 schools from around Texas that compete at Cy Ridge. It is the first time in three years that we made it back to Houston and Coach Ray and I were able to make scheduling work with common dates on the calendar.”
