Wrestling Team Sets City Record in Greater Baton Rouge City Championship

The wrestling team dominated this weekend in the Greater Baton Rouge City Championship for the 10th consecutive year. The Bears set the City record for largest margin of victory 133.5 with a score of 327.5 to 194 for the second place team.

The following wrestlers placed in the top 6 of their respective weight classes:

145- Ryan Toups – 1st
152- Brandon Luckett – 1st
160- Murphy Bell – 1st
170- Cameron Hunt – 2nd
182- Micah Rispone – 3rd
195- Caleb Sutton – 1st
220- Myles Nash – 6th
285 – Kyle Hidlago – 2nd

Ryan Toups was also named The Outstanding Wrestler for the meet.
