Nine Students Place in State Literary Rally
Nine CHS students placed at the State Literary Rally, which was held on Saturday, April 20 at LSU.
Mark Babin placed first overall in Calculus, and Brandon Heap placed first overall in Accounting. Joseph Balhoff placed second in Algebra II, Adam Thompson placed second in Computer Science, and Tyler Peairs placed second in Psychology. Parker Say placed third in Advanced Math- Functions and Statistics, and Hunter Rube placed fifth in Advanced Math- Pre-Calculus.
In Foreign Language events, Ehtan Barbin scored an Excellent rating in French II: Interpretive Reading, and Joseph Nolan scored an Excellent rating in French III: Interpretive Reading.
