Perry Key ’78 Honored As 2019 Distinguished Graduate At Awards Dinner
Catholic High School alumnus Perry Key ‘78 was honored by the Diocese of Baton Rouge as Catholic High School’s 2019 Distinguished Graduate during its annual Distinguished Graduate Awards Dinner on Jan. 28, at the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel.
Throughout his life, he has served his parish in a variety of ministries. Perry serves as a lector, Eucharistic minister, retreat captain for Manresa, member of the Diocesan School Board, chair of the finance committee, member of the CHS Foundation Board, member of the Grizzly Greats Athletic Hall of Fame and as a senior retreat volunteer for CHS.
Catholic High School Director of Admissions Sherie LeBlanc, was also recognized as a Distinguished Graduate from St. Thomas More School.
Other CHS alumni recognized as a 2019 Distinguished Graduate were Daniel Wolf ’15; St. Jean Vianney School and Raymond Calandro ’82, Sacred Heart of Jesus School.
